As we age, it is natural for our stamina and energy levels to decline. I experienced this when I hit the milestone of 40 years of age. Suddenly, I found myself feeling tired more easily and lacking the endurance I had in my younger years.

However, instead of accepting this as an inevitable part of getting older, I decided to take action and work on increasing my stamina. In this article, I will share with you the strategies and lifestyle changes that helped me regain my vitality and improve my stamina after 40.

One of the most important factors in increasing stamina is regular exercise. I began by incorporating a combination of aerobic exercises, such as jogging and cycling, into my daily routine. These activities helped improve my cardiovascular health and overall endurance.
